Globalization is not any more a dream or a simple idea , it become a strategic issue . among others , information and scientific and technological knowledge . the integration into the world economy is successful if decision makers are themselves well trained and armed . A high quality of management education , both in public and private institutions , and the opening of private business schools in developing countries cannot be left to become a matter of financial opportunities or a simple private issue .
